1 Delete the photos from your digital camera
View all the photos on your digital camera and delete the ones you do not go to print or add to your computer photoshop. If you have already loaded, remove all.

2 Write notecards, greeting cards or thank you notes
I always have a few notecards and thank-you note in my diary, so if I have a couple of minutes, I can hand write a greeting fast. PeopleReceive love, and handwritten notes have become almost a lost art.

3 Discover your to-do list
This is a good time to go to the operators and ...... . Organize tick things on your to-do list that you have achieved, add new ones to see that no one forgets. Go through the address of your organizer to make sure you remove all the old addresses.
If you are an organizer for the care they update that as well. Aredrugs are the latest? You must document any changes in behavior last? These are all things, to take the time and can be done during the waiting period.

4 pulls out a magazine from home
The magazines are in the waiting rooms are never the ones that you really want to browse, and I know you have problems of your favorite magazines to read at home (because there is no time to read it). Why not one or two with you? It will seem almost like a performanceby one.

5 Clip coupons
Bring on Sunday or Wednesday from your newspaper coupon inserts and clip the coupons that you can use on your next shopping trip. (A big advantage is that patients with dementia, particularly those with Alzheimer's, clips coupons of love. If you bring a pair of blunt Scizzors, is able to offer the use of care after you have chosen to use themselves. )

6 Bring a Paperback.
A small, easily fits PaperbackFolders in the majority of women more than men and wallets. Bring one that "easy reading" so that does not require uninterrupted concentration. Pocket Sudoku puzzles or books are also a good choice. These are "coming back" and even simply to stimulate the brain. One thing I learned from my father's dementia, is that I still want to train my brain.

7 Check your e-mail.
If you have an iPhone, or another e-mail access have read through your phone and e-mailTo delete items that do not need. This is a fairly trivial and something else that you can check the list "to-do".

8 Clean the bag (or briefcase).
You might want to bring a small bag garbage with you for this activity. Get rid of broken sticks of gum, receipts and vouchers have expired and useless copies of old e-mail. It 's something that I never get around to it at home, but they "make sense" always. People can look at you a little 'strange, butcares? It is a cleaner travel bag for the end!

9 Games hand.
This is a pretty obvious and probably the games that came with the phone. You should invest in a Playstation PSP or Nintendo DS as well. Many years are doing just that. Also here is an added bonus that your care could play.

10 Recipe Cards
Do you remember all those recipes you have torn or scribbled on magazinesSheet of paper, always make sense for them to transcribe a card real recipe for a day? Well, now's your chance to do so. Always carry a couple of recipe card organizer and take some of the recipes written down. You will be able to put it in your recipe box, and less to do the research if you want to prepare the item back.

If you get one of these talented indivuals knit, crochet, cross stitch, hand-stitched, etc., are by all means, bring your work withHe went to the office. Remember, a point in time saves nine.

12 Magazine
In addition our Tele Addressing the summit, Denise Brown spoke of the importance of jounaling and how they can help relieve stress and help provide answers to your questions to find a cure. Jounaling not last long and can easily be done by waiting for the appointment of a physician.

Meditation 13
Since you probably do not know someone sits with you in the waiting room, it is rude to closeTheir eyes and connect with the wisdom within you. Begin by taking 3 deep breaths and concentrate on breathing. They are quiet and still awake enough to hear your name when called.

14 Listen to a podcast
I usually recommend not to use a cell phone or listening to music on your iPod (in fact, many offices frown on such things), but I think that listening to a podcast (with headphones) will keep you awake enough to hear your name called rarelySing along with a podcast - at least not the ones to which I belonged.
You can learn a new language, know your status by the recipient, or even until last week to hear the preaching of the church.

I believe that soft, billing music (without words) may be good, even if your care.

Write 15 lists
I have a book with the list of titles Yourself (such as a journey of self-discovery) of Ilene and Paul Bob Segalove Velicka. Similar to journaling, this book helps to explore the interiorThoughts on things like the components of your perfect day, all the magazines you subscribe, your favorite ingredients, etc. If you like lists, this is a great book!

So that's it. With a little preparation, you should never go Stir Crazy again waiting for an appointment!
